About The Cross Keys Hotel

The Cross Keys Hotel has a charm and character seldom found
in modern buildings and a history that reflects its 280 years as a hostelry and
coaching Inn.
Since 1739 there has been an Inn on the site of The Cross Keys Hotel with a
tradition of looking after the needs of the most discerning of travellers and guests
whether they have arrived by horse and carriage, steam train, motor car,
motorbike, cycle or on foot…. All have been made welcome.
At The Cross Keys Hotel, we like to think we continue to offer the same traditional
welcome and high levels of hospitality – but with a few modern comforts… We have tried to blend the old and the new
which, when combined, give a cosy and welcoming ambience – which makes even the
shortest stay enjoyable.
The Cross Keys Hotel now has 10 bedrooms and the historic nature of the
building gives an individual character to all of our rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite
and have a television and hospitality tray.
The superior rooms are more spacious and the standard rooms, whilst
having the same facilities, are smaller.
The Cross Keys Hotel is surrounded by beautiful Lochs, forests and miles of unspoilt
countryside, this is the most perfect location for whatever you choose to do. Whether you are working, playing or just
totally unwinding – you can do it better in the relaxed, informal atmosphere of
The Cross Keys Hotel.
